Rules:
1) Each person can nominate one author per category. You can not, obviously, nominate yourself.
2) Nominations will run through the month of November, ending November 30, 2005 at midnight, EST. At that time the list of nominees will be compiled and voting will commence. Please post your nominations in the designated thread using the following format:

3) Voting will run through the month of December, with the winner in each category announced on December 31, 2005 at midnight EST. Voting will be done through a screened comment thread.
4) If you are nominated, you will automatically receive an email, along with a banner to display on your site or journal.
