DITL July 4th, 2009
I've been watching the community since it was born but haven't participated in forever. My last DITL fell on the same holiday three years ago...July 4th, 2006. Breaking my DITL cherry here. Since then I've moved back home to Georgia to celebrate the 4th the way we normally do...

No warnings, pretty tame. Spent the day camping at the lake with family and friends.

Some used jet skis, some used boats.


I preferred to just swim.

My niece and I head to the showers to rinse the lake water off...


My camera died here and I had to substitute my mother's camera...


We get ready for the show from across the lake at the Marina. Some sit on the beach, some swim out.
