| About: | Like (hopefully) the title implies, this is a community for the buying and selling of used anime/manga goods. This community exists so that sellers can advertise their wares without having to go through services like eBay, which charges a fee to use, or Amazon, which takes a chunk of profits. Sellers have complete control over how much they choose to sell their goods for. And hey, maybe buyers could even haggle with them over prices. Complete marketplace freedom! ...sort of. General Rules --No flaming --No off-topic posts: this is not a community to sell Lost merchandise, nor is it one where you can discuss the latest developments in Naruto. --This community is yaoi/yuri friendly Rules for Sellers --Please put all large posts, esp. ones with pictures, under an LJ-cut (< lj-cut > < /lj-cut >, without the spaces) --In the post header, please put the fandom and the type of good you are offering. For example: [Bleach] [Manga] Volumes 1 - 3. If you are selling multiple types of items, put "Misc"; for multiple fandoms, put "Multi". --No selling fansubs or disks of scanlations. Fansubbers and scanlators do their work for free; members who attempt to make a profit off of that will be banned and reported to the fansub/scanlation group. --On the other hand, fanwork you have purchased -- such as doujinshi, commissioned artwork, etc. -- is allowed. Anything that you paid money for, you are allowed to sell. --Once an item has been purchased, please modify your advertisement post to reflect that it is no longer available. This can be done by either striking the object out (< strike > < /strike >), putting [PURCHASED] after the name, or by simply removing the item from your list. --For the security of buyer and seller alike, all transations should be made via email. However, you do NOT have to put your email address in your post. Buyers will comment with what they are interested in, and you can respond to that with a screened comment containing your email address to continue the transaction. Or you can put your email address in the post. It's your choice. --Please tag your post with the fandom and types of goods you are offering. In the tags, explicitly state each type of item you are selling. Example: aishiteruze baby, manga, doujinshi, plush dolls. Not required, but would be nice, is if you also tagged if there is yaoi/yuri. Think of this as a good way for buyers to browse for exactly what they want, like the genre shelves in bookstores. --If you're selling something and it doesn't have a tag, please note that in your post and I'll create a tag for it. Rules for Buyers --All transactions should be made via email, for the security of both buyer and seller. --Please comment in the buyer's post, expressing which item you have interest in, whether or not the buyer listed his/her email address in the post. These rules are subject to modification. Any changes to the rules will be accompanied by a mod post.
