| You must be a member in order to participate in the contest and/or vote. Please join the community by clicking join just above the profile information. 1. All icons, still or animated, entering the contest must be Digimon related and correspond to the week’s theme. You may use images from the tv series, movies, video games, and manga. 2. Make sure all icons fit the LiveJournal standards; it must be 100x100, 40kb. mods will be testing this before accepting! 3. All icons must be recently made by you, no stealing! 4. Icons must be freshly made for each challenge, no using old icons 5. No voting for your own icon or telling others to do the same (all submissions/voting will be screened) 6. Be respectful. We don’t accept rude comments about icons or fellow members, and any icons bashing characters or a pairing will be denied the chance at competing 7. Membership participation is no longer moderated, but you are asked to submit to challenges as much as you can! Please keep the community alive and we'll keep giving you lots of wonderful digimon icons, fun, and prizes. |

| Challenges begin every week on Monday and end Friday, midnight central. However, the mods care more about members getting their entries in than deadlines. | Voting is held on Saturday to Sunday. You must be a member to vote on icons. Voting is screened so please do not reveal your choices or use submitted icons until winners are announced. Winners are announced along with the new challenge. At that time, the past submission entry will go unscreened for members to request use of icons they like from the creators. Voting format should list your top three choices of the submitted icons. Please list them as 1st (ICON#), 2nd (ICON#), and 3rd (ICON#). There will also be a special category : Mod's choice where the moderators choose an icon that did not place and deserves special mention. First place winners will always have a special bonus prize: choosing one digimon related song for the communities monthly mp3 rotation or saying choosing the theme for a future challenge. |
