Community Information: This community was created after the deletion of the original dietingsupport community. Even though the original community died, the idea behind it still remains the same. The point of this community is to help those who want to lose weight, in a healthy manner. Weight loss is a long, and difficult journey. It requires discipline, changing eating habits, and is a huge learning process, but you are not alone. Some of us only have a few vanity pounds to lose, and some of us have over a hundred pounds to lose. Regardless, this community is engaging and hopes that members are able to reach their goals. You will find a welcoming, open community that features exercise tips, healthy recipes, and best of all, progress pictures, support buddies, and much, much more. This is not a community for those who have eating disorders. There are plenty of other communities for that. However, we do welcome those who have recovered from their eating disorder :) Community Rules: -Please be courteous and respectful. It is okay to disagree with someone, but it is not okay to call them names. -Pictures over 400x400 pixels should be placed under a cut. Not everyone has cable internet. Also, if they are NSFW, they should be labeled as such. -If you post about how you're eating minimal calories, you will get a lecture. -No posts about fad diets, crash dieting, diet pills or fast weight loss. This is not the community for that. -No icons of starving/extremely thin models. You will be asked to change your icon if this happens. -If you have a problem with another user, please feel free to contact any of the mods.
