    <content type="html">Hello.&lt;br /&gt;So I'm taking this metabolife, just like everyone else from &lt;span class='ljuser' lj:user='indiefucks' style='white-space: nowrap;'&gt;&lt;a href='http://community.livejournal.com/indiefucks/profile'&gt;&lt;img src='http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif' alt='[info]' width='16' height='16' style='vertical-align: bottom; border: 0; padding-right: 1px;' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href='http://community.livejournal.com/indiefucks/'&gt;&lt;b&gt;indiefucks&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. I'm only like three days in; I don't know if I've lost weight or anything because I didn't weigh myself before. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My question is about energy. I know this stuff is supposed to boost your energy and that it contains caffiene equivalent of 1-2 cups of coffee. But I'm really tired. Is this happening to anyone else? I just want to lie in my bed and sleep foreverrrr.</content>

    <content type="html">Okay guys...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I eat really well (I'm poor and a vegetarian so my resources are limited) and I work out about 5 days a week but I've stopped losing weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I got some metabolife (sup bandwagon?) and i plan on upping my workouts to everyday with a varied routine (so my body doesn't get used to anything).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What else should I do to get out of this rut?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, what do you do to keep your skin healthy while you work out? If you drop a significant amount of weight in a short period, it's hard for your skin to keep up and I don't want my skin to be saggy (gross). I heard vitamin E works wonders. Thoughts?</content>

    <content type="html">I made a deal with myself that I cant get pregnant again until I lose 20 pounds, because then I will be the same size I was before my daughter was born.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I really dont want to be one of those women who just gets fatter with every kid.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;also&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how much weight are you trying to lose?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;p.s. last summer i took herbal ephedrine, which you can get at any health food store/online, and I lost quite a bit of weight without exercising hardly at all. It KILLED my appetite. So, if metabolife doesn't do it for you, I'd give that a try.</content>
