diet_tips Rules
1)This community is for people on livejournal to post and share their current diets and experiance.
2)Members must update on their diet status and post last weeks weight, and this weeks weight and tell us what diet they are using.
3)Members are welcome to post food diarys of what they have eaten that day/week.
4)Members may give advice to others but must not be deliberately mean or spiteful about another members weight or achievements.
5)Members should post regularly and comment on other members posts.
6)Members are welcome to post pictures (such as progress pictures) but they must be behind a lj cut.
If you do not know how to make a lj cut please look it up under help futher down the page.
7)Promoting other communities in
diet_tips is allowed but I expect you to promote this community in return.New members
