Setting: Fifteen years after the start of the canon story
Summary: Against Allen's better judgment, he and Lavi begin to train their kids to become Exorcists. Meanwhile, the Earl sets into motion an attempt to destroy the children, in an attempt to bring Allen to his knees.
Warnings: Some language, potential spoilers, some crude and bad jokes, and some failing at attempting to write action.
Chapter summary: The Noah attack has rendered Mandy helpless, caught up in Tyki's restraints. As the Noah take aim at her family, Mandy's anger spikes -- and triggers the maturation of her Anti-Akuma weapon.
As always, two flavors, only difference is formatting.

I re-read a Tikki/Kanda one-shot written a long time ago, and now I'm craving more. The problem is that that doesn't seem to be a very popular pairing, unfortunately (though I can't see why. Oh, the hotness :P) So, does anyone know of any Tikki/Kanda fic out there? ^^

Wow, my first attempt to write this chapter ended up turning this into a Lavi/Lenalee instead of Kanda/Lavi. I sort of poked at it a bit, sent it to my beta in despair, and she agreed.
So I rewrote most of it. >.< Don't ask what the muse was on, I have no idea. For a minute there I honestly thought I was going to have to take down the first two chapters and redo the whole thing as a het story. *sweatdrops*

After three and a half weeks of working 10-12 hours/day, 7 days a week, I finally had a week off. So what did I do? Stared at blank documents and failed to come up with any inspiration for a story of any kind. Played lots of Suikoden. FINALLY started to work on an update for my website, now two years out of date. Read my old stories over and over, hoping to spark ideas.
So of course, the day before I go back to work for another three or four weeks, I get blindsided by a great idea. *sighs* C'est la vie. Or C'est Lavi, in this case.
Hahaha finally no manga spoiler warnings, because the anime has now caught up to exactly the last thing I read in the manga. Now I'm as clueless as everyone else.
