This community has a few rules that I hope are reasonable and will help keep this community full of good-quality fanfiction. A general overview of these rules are:
1. Please proof-read and edit your fic before posting. If there are numerous spelling errors, grammatical errors you will be asked to edit your story. If you don't fix your story after being asked twice then it will be removed.
2. FORMATTING IS YOUR FRIEND. Seriously. Paragraphs were invented for a reason. That said...
- Spacing of paragraphs is much preferred over indentation
- Keeping dialogue readable and easily distinguisable from the paragraphs is always appreciated.
- Separate ideas result in separate paragraph. Go with the rhythym of your fic and usually you can tell when to start a new one.
3. ALL PAIRINGS ARE WELCOME NO MATTER THE SEXUAL ORIENTATION. Please, there is no flaming a pairing you don't like.
4. MARY-SUES ARE NOT WELCOME. End of story.
5. ALL FANFICTION MUST BE LJ-CUT. The formatting for this is as follows:

Rating:
Warnings: (only necessary if you think there are people who might be offended by something in your story)
Word Count:
Genre:
Brief Summary. (optional)

IF YOU FOLLOW THIS FORMATTING YOU'RE SAFE. If you have a large number of fic, however, please use the smallest font you can. If the post is still incredibly long, divide it and wait a little while before posting the rest.
If your Flist gets too flooded for your liking un-Watch this community. Don't take it out on the authors.
