| About: | Welcome to the Detroitpics community. Here is where ppl who love Detroit and the suburbs can share their photos of the area. We have to change the perceptions about Detroit, one of the ways I think that we can do that is show how beautiful it can be from the eyes of those who live in, work in, and love the city.
I noticed there was not a community for this, so I decided to make one. So far, and am very pleased with the results..please continue to share your pictures and promote!

Forum Rules
1. i appreciate all the wonderful photos that everyone shares, but please do not post ways to get into abandoned/condemed buildings on here...I dont care if you tell them how to get in somewhere else, thats your business, but if anyone gets hurt I could indirectly be responsible..please understand
Livejournal could also be found responsible. I can see the triangle of lawsuits that would insue.
2. Think before you post a picture. If even have an inkling of a thought that something "might" be considered offensive, don't post it. If you really really want it posted, email it to me and let me be the judge. My email is detfan82@yahoo.com.
3. Absolutely no flame wars!!! If you don't like someones picture you can say so, but don't go on and on about it and have long drawn out arguements over it.
