desperate_vids The Desperate Housewives Music Video Community.
General Community Info
* No-one in this community owns the rights to Desperate Housewives (unless Marc Cherry is posting among us... Which I doubt). We are just a group of fans paying tribute to our favourite show. No money is being made (if it is, I'm not seeing any of it!) and no copyright infringement is intended.
* The best way to host your vids online (if you don't have your own webspace) is through yousendit.com. If you have trouble using it, drop me an e-mail and I'll try and help you out, or find you an alternative.
* When posting vids please ensure you include the following information:
Music, Category, File Size, Spoilers
* All posts containing vids will be put in the memories section of the community. If you're using yousendit and the link expires, the post will be removed from the memories. If you'd like a slightly more permanent home for your vid, e-mail me and I'll see about uploading it to my server space. (Obviously I can't do this for every vid posted... Final choice is down to me... No questions/flaming me/general bad vibing will be tolerated)
Just a few rules to make sure we all get along!
* This is a VID community. Please keep discussion of the show and episodes in one of the other Desperate Housewives communities.
* Please post clear spoiler warnings with all of your vids. Although a lot of people have seen the finale, some people may be unspoiled, so please make sure you specify the latest episode which features in your vid.
* Keep feedback on vids constructive. No flaming will be tolerated. Keep it civil.
* Feel free to make requests. There's often someone out there who might be having a creative slump who'd appreciate some inspiration.
* Asking for clips occasionally is ok... Making a habit of it, isn't!
* Sharing resources is good, but please be sure to Friends lock all posts containing Site URLs...
