Arab-American Internment camp proponent and all-around lunatic Michelle Malkin is at it again, with yet another attack piece on the New York Times, accusing them yet again of treason.

Her evidence? A NYT article which mentions the US approved a sale of precision-guided bombs to Israel, which she titles "HEZBOLLAH'S FAVORITE NEWSPAPER."

Israel buys US-made weapons is a secret? Who the hell didn't know this? I suppose Google is next on her list of traitors, as a Google Image Search for "Israeli F-15" produces this image:

What's even more pathetic is the idiotic attempt at humor following the article. In keeping with traditional right-wing political "humor," it is neither accurate, incisive, makes sense, or even funny (See any Cox & Forkum political cartoon for further examples).

Original article

Author's Note: I was granted a Cosmic Top Secret Atomal SSBI/SCI/SAP security clearance by the United States government. I think it's fair to say that I know a tad more about handling classified material than Ms. Malkin.

do you?

the united states government doesn't issue "cosmic top secret atomal" clearances.

"cosmic" and "atomal" are nato designations which indicate the classified material can be shared between nato countries.

...and who has access to it. It's why they dropped the C/A access when I left Germany, as I no longer fell under NATO command.

Don't believe everything you read on Wikipedia.

A friend of mine is a struggling writer, and offered up my email on some now-defunct web-based writers' community as a technical advisor for people writing military fiction.

Most of their stuff is in the ballpark, but off a bit. I ask where they got their information from and 99% of the time it's Wikipedia.
