That said, there are, naturally, some guidelines and rules to keep in mind. Guidelines: - Although this community is designed for fangirls, fanboys are certainly welcome. - Please be kind to those of us who have 56k and put pictures behind cuts. Rules: 1. The English language is a beautiful thing. Numbers are not substitutions for words, and 'u' is the 21st letter of the alphabet, not a person in the second tense. In plain language: Chatspeak is severely frowned upon. 2. No flames. 3. I'm not sure how it's possible to be otherwise in terms of media and articles, but keep it PG. 4. No fic. Politicians are real people with real families, and we'd rather not see that. The same goes for slash. 5. Debates are at the heart of free speech. They cease to be debates when people start making personal attacks. Anyone making personal attacks will be given one warning. Repeat offenders will be banned. | |
