We accept payment either via bank transfer (POSB/UOB accounts only) or Paypal (in SGD only).

For Paypal payments, we will invoice you in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for the total amount of your order.

For bank transfer payments, we will include bank account details with your order confirmation.

Once we receive your payment, we will mail out your items as soon as possible. Notification will be given after your order has been mailed out.

Delivery
Your item(s) will be mailed out safe and sound in our signature gold packaging. Once that is done, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot responsible for lost or damaged packages as we ship all mail well-packed with a clear return label.

Returns
Items come as is, and cannot be returned unless the product is damaged. If the sizing does not fit, we can change the size for you if it is still available. Returns will be made at no extra charge, and all shipping fees incurred will be refunded to you in cash.

Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds. However, if the item you've received is damaged, please contact us within the first 10 days of purchase, and we will offer you a full credit refund that can be used for future purchases.

International Orders
We ship internationally, but please do take note that shipping is more expensive to the States and Europe. We only accept Paypal as a form of payment for all international customers.
