Almost Loving DS

  • Mar. 28th, 2008 at 10:55 PM
I've just installed DS in seamonkey under Linux (Thanks for supporting Seamonkey!) and I like it so far ... except I can't get started. When I click on New User I get a WIzard that runs through to the end but the Finish Button doesn't work. Cancelling or simply closing the dialog doesn't create the user (I guess that's fairly obvious) and putting in a username and login without creating a user makes it try to login eternally. Is there some way someone can give a path forward? Perhaps a boilerplate user that I can edit to get things started?

Default Language?

Hello,

I just installed DS 0.7.8 in Seamonkey 1.05 in Mandriva 2007... Installed it as root to the browser directory. Had to go in and fix the permissions. It installed as:
-r-------- 1 root root 292479 Oct 7 12:48 deepestsender.jar

Should have been:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 292479 Oct 7 12:48 deepestsender.jar*

Now it loads fine as a regular user with just one issue... It's in Cyrilic! (Can't tell if it's Russian or some other language that uses cyrilic...) How can I change that to something in a Roman alphabet I can at least read? (Preferably like... English...)

Anyone?
