Welcome to the deco swap and exchange community! This is dedicated to avid penpallers, craftsters, and swappers who enjoy making and swapping decos.

Some rules for members:

Please do not post advertising unrelated communities.

You cannot advertise penpal/craft/swap related communities until you've been a member at least a month and have participated in at least one swap or exchange.

Please do not make unrelated posts. Your posts should be about excess decos you have, deco themes you'd like to receive, or deco themes you'd like for someone to make for you. Hannah, the administrator (caramelsapphire), will start swaps and exchanges, so please ask on the questions post before starting your own.
