en pointe

I initially wanted to name this 27 dresses but the center piece (unfortunately) is a little ballerina's tutu complete with her pointe shoes dangling below to the side. Shall save that title for another piece then (:

She is made up of swarovski crystals, czech glass and gold plated parts and measures approximately 4.5cm excluding the ear hooks.

The movie premiered on Thursday and I can't wait to catch it in the cinemas. I saw the trailer and hope it will be as good as the book.
TTW is made of swarovski pearls, fire-polished czech glass, onyx, brass charms and faux pearl loop on 14K gold-plated parts.

Measures approx 5cm.

Pistachio, $20 shipped
The least oriental-looking of the lot from the previous launch (included in this post for convenience sake), this mis-matched looks fun, bouncy yet feminine altogether. Cloisonne tag, paper pulp rose, and czech glass beads on 14k gold-plated parts. Measures approx 3.2cm and 2.5cm respectively.

I have this habit to create a new piece of jewelry each time I purchase a new dress, to match the dress of course! So here's another shopping-loot-from-my favourite-blogshop inspired piece. I was very much impressed by the quality of material, its rich shade of purple and the feminity it exudes (of the dress). I had the perfect date in mind while creating this wrist chain. Hope it'll accompany you through all your 'perfect' dates. Well, though nothing is perfect.

I can't remember when was the last time I made a pair of chandelier. Here's a pair in cream rose pearls on rhodium chains and parts as requested. A more fanciful setting is contrasted with a simpler design to match her style.

Serenity, $12

Serenity

Quaint swarovski pearls highlighting the little duck pewter charm, decked with an electic mix of diamante and gold plated chains. Absolutely gorgeous to go with your little black dress and that snazzy pair of heels if you ask me!

(Measures approximately 5.5cm)

[info]agneselle's Miumiu Trio's low U-front neck line has inspired me to create a necklace, well to...fill up 'that space'. Haha. Though Miumiu Trio least resembles the original (except for the use of three colours), I love the feminine mix of colours. Hope you like the floral piece which I've whipped up in the same colours. Toggle clasp is fastened at the front instead of the usual back.  She is yours for S$29.

And a petite pair of very dainty earrings to complete the set. Morganites, paper pulp flowers, swarovski in mauve, light amethyst and montana blue. Awwww, sweet! Measures approx 3.5cm from hook. She is yours for S$21.

Jenny dress spells a tiny tinge of cuteness with its cap sleeves and tie back detail. Black Phantom complements it with faux pearl heart-shaped loops and on the other hand, exudes a little of glam and shine with the moonlight swarovski drop, onyx and varnished cabachoon (which aren't shown clearly in the photos). The close up is heavily edited to show the details, hence the quality of photo has to be compromised.

Another AE inspired piece coming next week - in the midst of photo editing and such.

I found this set of trio while rearranging my stuff and realised that it was left out when I was doing the stock count after the SMU flea. Anyways here it is, a very cheery set in hues of red, green, silk and yellow of swarovski crystals, glass brio, clay flower and pewter charms on rhodium parts. Measures approximately 3.5cm, 3cm, 3.5cm respectively.

A request for mis-match, elegance, white, green and red which took me quite a while to collage the materials together. Swarovski crystals and pearls, fabric fleurs, silver stardust bead, deep red czech glass drop and a 14k gold-plated birdie charm on rhodium parts and 925 silver hooks.

I have a friend who once told me that ever-since she knew me, since when do I not shop online? I thought about it and indeed how true. I enjoy online shopping because of its convenience. However it is also a threat when everything is just a click away (read: over spend). I also do not fancy crowded places. In fact I hate crowds. No Orchard Road during Christmas period please. Online shopping allows me to shop at the comfort of home, sans the crowd. But of course, when you shop online there's a lack of tactile excitement, can't try them on and have to wait patiently for your loots to arrive at your doorstep. There's also the danger of scams et cetera and most of the time, it's based on mutual trust. I hope everyone has enjoyed their shopping experience with [info]decoeur. Do drop us a feedback here so that we can improve our service and such. For this week, here are two pieces inspired by my shopping loots. Hope you like them! :)

A good gift for aunties! (I made a similar-themed pair of earrings together with a matching bracelet for my aunt's fifty-seomthing birthday and she absolutely adored it!)

I attended CATS The Musical a couple of weeks back and it was fantastically great. It was a very different musical experience and every single cat was love! It was a little difficult to create something out of my favourite cats (Munkustrap, Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer) but here is a small collection inspired by another three of them.
