| About: | Hi everyone! This is a livejournal community for authors with a debut YA or MG novel coming out in 2009. We chat about life, writing, waiting for editors, hoping for great covers, dreading line edits, and so on. We also eat a lot of candy and have a chat every Sunday which usually dissolves into a variety of inappropriate jokes. But anyhow. Quite a few of our entries are locked, but we'll be posting a few public entries every week of varying topics. If you're a YA/MG author debuting in 2009 and would like to join, please MESSAGE (or email) ME AND CLICK HERE. Please don't just do one or the other, or it creates a lot more work for lazy, lazy me :) If you do not have a YA/MG book debuting in 2009 and would like to read the public community posts, please elect to "watch" the community instead of join it.
