9:55p - Don't blink
When I was young, very young, I used to believe that statues where real people who had been changed into stone because they had crossed a witch. I sometimes felt sorry for them, other times I thought it served them right. Some children played cowboys or doctor, I was often found at the bottom of the garden, hovering over an old pot, (it was really a cauldron disguised as an old pot), stirring my potion, (made of water, weeds and wild flowers, very dangerous stuff).
The other night I finally caught the Dr Who episode 'Blink,' and I'm not ashamed to say it did give me the wiggins, and I find I'm suddenly wary of statues, especially 'angels.'
