hitosyura - Please don't delete this! For this to work it's crucial I get the opinions of shin megami tensei icon makers specifically since they will be the deciding factor in my decision.
I know this post has no icon's with it but it IS related to the games and more importantly icons! - not to mention you will all be key if I choose to act on this.
I've been checking for megaten communities the past few days with focus on icons and something has stood out - I can see NO megaten Icontests/Awards!
Now I may have missed something and if you know of some please let me know. However if im right I think its high time we had one *cheers* There are plenty of games and as you guys have proved, plenty of pictures and inspiration.
So if it's true and we don't have any Icon Contests then I intend to make one! ^-^
My idea would be a simple but mixed contest. Each challenge would have a different theme - be it Stills, Lyrical, Hush, Theme Words etc. to keep things interesting. There would be the standard placements as well as some special awards too, I'd also be looking for 1/2 co-mods to help out.
So this is where you all come in:
+ If I make this Icon Contest community who would be up for joining?
+ Is it something you would really be interested in?
+ Would you want to submit entries
Let me know your thoughts because im eager to find out what you think so I can get started asap ^_^
