Last night at Faeries after we told each other some of our deepest secrets, some more embarrassing than others, we started brainstorming Pride float ideas.
Our agreed upon theme is "The Big Gay Time Warp" and we're going to have on the float people in various different historical and future costumes with the Maypole, a giant lingam, and a rocket ship. Construction should begin this week and different pieces will be built at different people's houses.
What does this mean?
1) Check the blog and the email list to find out when people will be working on the float, and come and help out.
2) Get yourself a costume of your choice from any period of history or speculative future.
3) Be ready to ride on Saturday the 14th!
