There is a staff meeting on Sunday. While I myself will not be in attendance (Ren Fest duties, otherwise, I'd so be there!) I do have a good friend who will be attending in my stead and being my voice. We're hoping to get some times/dates/locations nailed down so we can really begin planning this sucker. As soon as I hear something, I'll pass it on immediately!
