Ok, so I was geeking with a friend of mine who's a big comics fan and he told me that there was an issue of Quasar where all the Marvel speedsters are forced into a race, but halfway through the race, a bolt of lightning hits and a figure wearing a tattered red costume and yellow boots appears and beats the pants off them. When asked who he was, he said he couldn't remember, but it was something like Buried Alien... And then they congratulated him for being "the fastest man alive." Which sounds about right.
My question is, can anyone tell me which issue of Quasar is this and how can I get my grubby paws on it? I really don't care if I can get some scans of this.
