Now Comcast and MTV2 are recognizing local artists with a VMA of their own – The Best Breakout DC Artist Award! MTV is reviewing your top 20 ranked artists and will select 3 to open the VMA concert at Six Flags America on August 29th and battle it out in front of an expert panel of judges." 23RAINYDAYS is currently in the running for this new honor.
