With the release of these alternate links, we would just like to make an announcement and remind you about our rules.
As you may have noticed, we stopped releasing softsubs to our videos a long time ago. DBSJ Productions management talked about how we would go about the release of softsubs and realized that by releasing softsubs, we are sacrificing the hard work of our translators, timers, editors, quality checkers and typesetters. Softsubs are prone to being edited, manipulated, and falsely claimed as someone else's work. Because of this fact, we are announcing that we will no longer be releasing softsubs so as to protect the works of our members, especially our translators. We understand that some of you may have already downloaded the high quality videos without the subs, but we hope that you will understand our position too.
Also, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our rules. We will be providing direct links/alternative links to all our releases. Only members of DBSJ Productions have the right to do the uploading to hosting sites. We appreciate the offers from other people to help us in uploading, but again, as a sign of respect to our team as a whole and to the hard work and time dedicated by each member, we do not allow any random person to do the uploading for us. Therefore, to stop excessive commenting about direct links, we are going to enforce a new rule about alternate link releases. From now on, alternate links will only be available a week after its release. And for every comment we get asking for alternate links, the release will be held back for one hour.
We would like to make our sincerest apology for making you wait for the direct links. However, we are working and doing our best to be able to provide direct links and new subbed videos as soon as we can. Please be patient and understand our position. Thank you~
