Quick question!
Did anyone else know that ELI, a short movie David made about a year ago, was available on iTunes? I decided to search his name a few minutes ago and was terribly shocked to find it available.
So, to anyone interested: It's $.99 to rent and $1.99 to buy! I just bought my copy! |

!REMINDER!
I just wanted to remind everyone about tonight's episode of Lie to Me! As stated on several websites (and seen in the previews), David will play a commanding officer who is charged with sexual assault. ♥♥♥ The show comes on Fox and will air at 9/8c.
My friend will be recording the episode on his TiVo. So, I'll be sure to post screen caps as soon as possible! |

Strangely this isn't listed on his IMDB, but I know some people have seen it around. Still this is the trailer for the movie, a scene and an outtake, I believe it's scheduled to be released next summer. |

OK I've had the site running a little while now but I haven't been able to contact my co-web and therefore move the site to the proper domain so I held off. Anyway someone of you may have already seen David Anders Online (mainly those on my flist) but I thought everyone would be interested in the most recent update.
I've added photos of David Anders filming "Into the Blue 2: The Reef" in Hawaii into the gallery. There's not much information on the movie so far, but you can check out it's IMDB page or this article for more information. According to IMDB the movie will be released in 2010. Click the thumbnails to get to the albums.
If anyone has more information don't hesitate to contact me.

Ok David Anders fans, I'm in need of your opinion. I have a clip from David's movie Peacock, but I'm unsure of whether or not to post it publicly. (The reason I'm not posting the full issue here is because I want to keep this as private as possible...you'll understand the reason when you read the full journal post.) i found this interview with david i don't know if any one saw it before but i thought i'd share it with you :)
So how much then do you even know about what happened? Because that's a lot of backstory to fill in. The writers can probably fill in anything they want for what happened in the 400 years.
Yeah, exactly. A lot of the writers ... Jeph Loeb for instance likes to say that that one betrayal by Hiro back in 1671 Japan just kind of jaded him forever. He went along 400 years in and out of every war you could guess or pre-suppose. Never really getting to know anybody, you know? Meeting friends, losing friends, and just gaining this perspective that nobody else on Earth has that it's all going to end, except not for him. I think he's hated women ever since the one woman he loved betrayed him. And ... I don't know. It's all guess work, you know?

Greg Grunberg did an interview for Buddytv.com. In one section, he mentions David Anders, whom he clearly has alot of respect and admiration for. This is what he says:
"And since you mentioned Alias, I'm wondering, now that David Anders is now Adam Monroe all of the sudden in the present, is there a chance of a sort of David Anders/Greg Grunberg interaction?
Oh, there will be a showdown, my friend. There WILL be a showdown. Anytime that the two of us get on screen, there's going to be one loser and it's going to be David Anders. [laughs] No, I LOVE Anders, I love working with him, I think he's such an amazing actor, I actually wrote a romantic comedy with a friend of mine, worked with him for years, Lawrence Trilling, and we're just about to get going. Dave Anders doesn't even know this yet, I'm trying so desperately to have him star in the movie with me, he is such an incredible actor. This British accent that he puts on, I mean, he is like, he's such a funny guy. I don't think people really realize that, so hopefully we'll get to do some great stuff on Heroes, but I was just THRILLED when he got cast, and that's because if you're going to cast a bad guy, you gotta cast an actor who can really go deep and that's Anders for sure."
