AboutINDEPENDENT FILM RESOURCE - is for no-budget/low budget independent filmmakers who have questions and need answers or maybe just some good advice. WHO AM I? Phil Stevens, been making my own films for 10 years now and I've had the pleasure of getting to know a lot of great Independent FilmMakers which in return taught me a little something. It's not what you know, its who you know. So it's my goal to bring every aspect of filmmaking into one community from Directors, editors, writers, sound editors to producers and production designers, from actors/actresses to special effect artists, musicians and music composers.
