Welcome to Darkness and Corruption, a community for all things Black, Malfoy and Death Eater related.

What this community is for:
Discussion, debate, fics, drabbles, fanart, icons, rants and recs for all things related to the Black and Malfoy families and other followers of Voldemort.

Some ground rules:
1) No flames. Disagreements are welcome, but excercise some intellegence and point to your responses.
2) This community is slash-friendly. If this bothers you, go now. The no flames rule applies ten-fold to those who object to slash and flame those who post it.
3) This is not the place to discuss why Draco will become redeemed and end up in true love with Harry Potter. While no ships are off-limits per se, if you're discussing it here, at least one of the partners in the ship must still be unredeemed and evil. Example: Draco/Ginny as Romeo and Juliet kept apart by their family is not acceptable here, but Ginny being corrupted by Tom Riddle, becoming evil and seducing Draco is.
4) There is no ratings limit. However anything NC-17 or hard R should be cut-tagged and labeled as such.
5) Incest is acceptable, but must also be labeled and placed behind a cut-tag.
6) Netspeak is not allowed. However, small amounts of fake netspeak for the purpose of parody is very much allowed.
7) This is not the community for dicussion of the Harry Potter actors.
8) The maintainers of this community do not approve of the fanon image of sexgod, leather pants wearing, redeemed!Draco.
9) The maintainers of this community do not approve of Abusive!Lucius and victim!Narcissa.
10) You are welcome to bring up things we do not approve of for purposes of intellectual discussion, however fics and drabbles should not center around these depictions.

Posting Guidelines:
Darkness and Corruption does not follow a strict template, however please observe these guidelines:
1) Cut and label anything over 500 words, hard R or NC-17, incestuous, BDSM or nonconsentual. Slash need not be cut unless it falls into one of the prior categories.
2) Posts should be in some way relevant to the topic of the community. Comments may venture off-topic. We won't thwack you.
3) Put art behind a cut-tag. It can take awhile to load on slower connections.
4) Feel free to make a post to introduce yourself. We'd love to know who you are, what you're interested in and where you found the community.

Membership in the community is open and posting access is currently unrestricted. The maintainers of this forum reserve the right to ban anyone who disregards the rules as laid out above.
