Dark City Events are proud to present Combichrist live in Edinburgh
with support from Ashbury Heights (Sweden) and UberByte (UK) on Friday 1st August 2008.

Indisputably one of the leading live acts on the alternative scene, Combichrist need no introduction. With new EP 'Frost' imminent, charismatic front man Andy LaPlegua brings the full Combichrist spectacle to Edinburgh once again for what promises to be one of the live events of the year.
Note that tickets for this gig are limited to 230 - based on previous turnouts we strongly expect this gig to be a sell out, so be sure to order your ticket well in advance to avoid disappointment!

A quick reminder that Pride and Fall (http://www.prideandfall.com) are back in Edinburgh THIS THURSDAY (10th April) touring their new album "In My Time of Dying". Following well recieved sets at both the Dark City Festival and most recently as support to Covenant, this promises to be another great show from one of the scene's leading alternative electronic / futurepop bands and definitely worth catching if you can. If you haven't already got your ticket, there's still time - see below for details.

Support is from Auto Aggression (http://www.autoaggression.net). Having previously toured with the likes of Rotorsand, this is the German band's first ever UK appearance and they have promised "a very special and exclusive suprise" for this tour. Make sure you get there in time to catch their set!

Congrats to you guys that have joined the 'Pride and Fall LJ' and the guys on Myspace with the help of choosing the songs you wanted to hear on the UK Tour this week.

Pride and Fall have now chosen after hearing what you guys had to say and been rehearsing the set-list .

I must say the first song is going to blow your heads off !!!

It's one of my favourites I know !!!
Hopefully some of you will know the words by now ;)

Not only is Mel a fine DJ and promoter, she is also a good friend and has done so much for the goth/alternative scene in both Edinburgh & Glasgow, not to mention Whitby Gothic Weekend. She has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer - she's only 37.
