Today's been spent at the charity shop. I can now use the till! I even did some on my own. It's not that hard (I swear all the buttons are just there to confuse/for shop admin), although I did mess up a little at first. But I've got the hang of it and I'll be back tomorrow afternoon. My legs are tired though. After walking there and back and spending about 3 hours standing there. It was good though. I feel like I'm doing something. I did get a dvd from there before I went. Absolutely Fabulous Series 1. I'm through the first two discs of Angel. Next one tonight maybe. I hate, hate, hate that stupid card. Like I said I used it on hmv and I've had an e-mail saying it won't work. So I call em up and they say it's the card, but I put £13 on it before I made the order and the order's only £12. So I'll have to get it with the card personally Monday if it doesn't go through before then. There goes all hope of using it online to get the stuff I want (at least stuff on hmv). Fucking thing. I'm pretty much accepted for it. I've gotta go in again tomorrow for till training/a look round. So... yay. Hopefully I'lll end up with a few weekday afternoons to negate the stupid course. I'm hoping as long as they see I'm doing something on my own it'll mean I won't have to do it. Getting experience on my own is way better then being stuck in a room for x amount of weeks with no guarantees. Other good things, my money's in. So I used it to get some shopping and the Doctor Who special (Astrid in the TARDIS is < 3). I also got two dvds, the animated Doctor Who (which I've wanted for ages, especially since Mikey got it) and Bewitched (the series, not the supposedly terrible film). I used to love Bewitched as a kid (and I Dream Of Jeannie), even though it was from the 60's. It's still funny. It's only the first nine episodes though (and it runs for almost 4 hours so one must run long). I also put some money on my card and used it online for the first time (to order the last Doctor Who episodes of series 4). We have lots of doughnuts to eat, cause there was no chocolate I got 10 jam. I adore the Clone Wars soundtrack which I downloaded a few days back. I keep playing the Teth songs, cause I like them. Even though I want the MCR masks I probably won't get them causa the insane customs charges people are having to pay. If I do get any it'd just be Bob's. I started watching Angel Season 5 last night. After watching Buffy it got me in the mood (and I've never watched the last half of Angel so I've not seen puppet!Angel, Andrew or Illyria and I've only watched the first half once) so now I am. I'm also gonna get Season 4 next week, now I know I can use my card online right. That and Armor For Sleep. I watched My Neighbour Totoro yesterday. It was good, but not as good as I thought it'd be. Still, there were some cutes things in it. I wanna do another Jimmy fic, but I dunno who to put him with. Damn him. The rocking chair's left the room, so I now have a bit more space to move. Mum's new laptop came today, so I guess I'm roped into setting it up for here. Au revoir.

There's massive pictures of Matt (which is sorta annoying) but Jay's topless with his bass in one. He looks pretty in the few pics he's in. There's an explanation for him not being drunk at Kerrang: he's not drinking anymore. That's so strange. It amuses me there's a mini-fridge with 'Padge's beer' written on the side. I've only skimmed the article really so far. Moose is perverted about the meaning of Scream, Aim, Fire. There's a little interview with Panic! later. The first question is about them dating each other. Which is amusing since they say Zack gets hit on by guys more then they do. Next week, the awards and Reading and Leeds. The connection's being annoyingly iffy today. It makes me wanna kill it. I dunno what I'm doing today. I guess we'll see how it goes.

I guess they had to cut it to fit in the time, but still... it's wrong. Most of the Kerrang 25 were eh. There was Bullet, Muse, Lostprophets, Linkin Park and others though. Now onto the awards. First, the Kerrang site lied to us (30 Seconds said no Croatian). bad site. Jay was cute when they presented their award. Standing as far from the mic as possible as he knows he won't be able to talk. However, Jay is the man with a plan. After they won their award he was the only one sober enough to interview. I suspect he did that just so he could talk (and be adorable and awesome as always). Shannon amused me. Putting his hand on Alex Zanes and being able to talk. Where's Robb's septum piercing? Fuck off whore. Yay for Omar talking (but why didn't Alex?). Cristina lost a glove. The aftershow (although shown for a short time) amused me. Padge tried to say something but failed (and Matt swas behind him being amusing and poking his head out). Then Padge managed to say that he'd drink all of the booze on their table. Then he hit the camera. Steve is trying to be attractive. Charlie was with someone from Funeral For A Friend (I think his name was Darren... anyway, he was a cute emo) and I totally got the vibe off 'this is my bitch, I'm fucking him later'. Ahh, brilliant. That wasn't as hard as I expected. 2. MCR get put in to the 'Big Brother' house, who is most likey to; cry first, get naked, try to escape, win. gerard'd probably cry, Frank'd get naked. Bob might try and escape the cameras. Ray'd probably win. Or Bob if his escape fails. 3. MCR are told to dress up as a famous boyband for halloween, who would they dress up as and who would be what member? I dunno any 5 member boybands. *thinks* I dunno. Ohh is there five in the Backstreet Boys? Cause they could dress like them in that video. 4. What is your favourite MCR poster and why? *looks around at walls* You know, I've got no idea. Maybe the schoolboy one. 5. Which MCR member do you think owns the most clothes and why? Gerard, cause... I dunno why, he just looks like a hoarder of clothing. This weeks: 1: Do you have a favourite MCR interview? What is it and why? The one that comes to mind is one in Blender. They bring up slash to Gerard. And Waycest. 2: Will you be buying the next series of Umbrella Academy when it comes out? Of course! I'll try and get it on first day of release again. 3: How do you feel about the boys finally taking some time off? I'm glad they are. They've needed to sstop for awhile now I think 4: Will you be/have you seen Leathermouth? If you've seen them, what do you think of them? Nope. 5: Have MCR ever inspired you to do something new/that you hadn't thought of before? I dunno (it's embaressing to have come up with a queston without having an answer). I guess one of the main things is listening to other bands, a lot of which I'd never heard of before them (and a fair few from that Kerrang cd they did ages ago, Bob's choices were awesome). Another is going to new places alone. Like for Give It A Name and when I've went down London. And with that, I go. I'll have my notepad with me to write if I get inspired. When I return I'll do a squee post over it all.
