Our style comes from a wide variety of influences that we all bring forth to the table at practices and moments when songs are thought of. Being that our drummer is from Finland, our singer from Puerto Rico, and our bassist from Idaho, we tend to have a slightly broad view on music.

Starting about six years ago, Andrew (the singer) and Nico (the drummer) played their first live concert ever at their schools talent show. This was followed by many changes in the band line-up as the two kept playing together. As life moved on to High School and a few members changed Marvin took up bass just to be in the band. He was soon joined by old guitarist Matt Goodwin and later, old bassist Spencer Mertel, on guitar. We begun playing shows and soon noticed that we needed recordings. We did numerous recordings here and there, but didn’t really make anything notable until we got recorded our first EP “The Difference Between Love and Envy” with Casey Bates (Gatsby’s American Dream, Daphne Loves Derby, This Providence).

After a year of playing things got difficult for the guitarists because of school etc, so they decided to part ways, but were soon replaced by new younger ones (Elan and Andy). We also noticed that keyboards had become an essential element as we incorporated much MIDI instruments to the EP. We thus found Jackson our current keyboardist.

In our latest recordings we have honestly and truly pushed our selves to the extreme, incorporating elements from Jazz Band, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, the oh so amazing 80’s, and everything from old school Stevie Wonder funk to Claude Debussy and his amazing French symphonic compositions. It is humorous to listen to the change from a 7th grade Garage Band to a group of kids who view 1950’s Be-Pop as a potential for a new song or believe that the statement “less is more” can be extremely true in some cases.
