yes! it's degrading & awful. when I went there, I waited until no workers were watching before I snuck my tip in.

god, i can't tell you how many people i know with business degrees just sitting around on stacks of exta money trying to figure out what the hell they want to do. it's sad, really. there should be more opportunites like this for those unfortunate souls.

although, i do really love me some Cake Batter ice cream from Coldstone. Oh and I think they quit (or just got lazy) the singing for tips thing.

They just got lazy... Trust me, there's still singing (unless you specifically tell them to not sing.)

And do you know about the kids size? It's about half of the like it size...

i wasn't impressed with Marble Slab, but I have only been to one. I've also been to Maggie Moo's and they seemed to be about equal w/ Marble Slab.

The Mix is *way* better than well, everything, but we don't have those around here. So, I'll take the freshly made ice cream any day.

I don't get it... do you mean it isn't literally ice cream because that makes no sense. If you're saying it's so bad that it can't be considered ice cream then I would have to disagree.

The previous owner was *not* a very good businessman. He decided to cut his losses, and let corporate take over. However, Cold Stone is a franchise business, so corporate needs to get rid of it.
