Remember the good times, Tom? All the fun, the laughter, the ability to convince me to lamely gimp around the city sticking notices on doors urging people to vote for you? It was special, Tom. Nobody ever made me do that before. It felt dirty, but exciting at the same time. Like fucking in the back of your grandmother's car after borrowing it for "a quick run to the store." I even kicked in for beer, donating the maximum $25 to your coffers. Remember how we laughed at the press for saying you forced a runoff, when you had really trounced the other guy?

The Portland International Women's Day Conference (piwd.org) will be taking place on March 4, 2007 at Smith Ballroom on the PSU campus. We are doing a zine room as part of the art section of the conference and we are looking for women zinesters who would like to read and sell their zines. The readings will happen at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm. I thought it would be nice to give you the option of a time slot. It's super low key, you wouldn't have to stay all day and one piece is fine though, more is encouraged!

You would need to arrive maybe 10-15 minutes before yr reading time and you are welcome to sell yr zines, though table space is very limited and may need to rotate. You can stay as long as you want or arrive as early as you want, but you are by no means required to be in the room all day!
