Snowpocalypse Hostage - Long shot for lost keys
Sometime during the Snowpocalypse, I managed to drop my keys into the ever increasing snow. It is only now, with the coming thaw, that there's any chance these keys might be uncovered.

I dropped them somewhere between the inside the "bermuda" triangle that is formed by Brige City Comics on Mississippi, The 5th Quadrant on Failing and Williams, and Monsoon Thai on Skidmore and Mississppi.

On the off chance that someone should stumble upon a newly thawed set of keys in this hood, I'd be thrilled if they could drop me a line.  It's a long shot, to be sure, but this town (and this lj community) consistently surprise me.

My little brother lost his in the snow at Arbor Lodge Park! Then the spare broke off in the ignition the next day. Ahahaha. Sucka.

Good luck finding your keys!

Yeah, unfortunately, on that key-chain were the only keys to my crappy 1981 Honda Accord -- I'm not looking forward to the prospect of having to get those replaced.

I don't think there are many key combinations for that year. (I had a 90 camry so I figured that out the hard way) Ask around and see if someones key fits your car- then copy their key. cheaper OR get your car relocked. Which wouldn't be a bad idea since that year of Honda is stolen quite frequently.

My friend lost his keys around the bArmuda triangle of Hawthorne during Snowpocolypse 2008 and they have yet to be recovered. Good luck!

Fraid not. I was working my shift behind the bar at Tugboat Brewing, downtown. I haven't been to Dots in a long time...not since I lived in SE.

not that you haven't done this already, but have you talked to business in that area to see if anyone found your keys, or at least alerted them that you are looking for keys? i am, however, AR and neurotic, and all about overkill. i hate losing shit like that.

I hate it too. I talked to a couple of places, but I haven't done a full sweep. Someone mentioned that Craigslist has a Lost and Found section...thought I'd try that too.

I am pretty much always in the area so I will keep an extra special eye out for keys :)
