ODOT portland update
_ALL_ vehicles have to have chains now in the portland metro area.

4 wheel drive + snow tires won't cut it anymore.

By the time it gets to D, even with chains you're often screwed.

Weird, i was just watching channel 8 and the ODOT lady said they *weren't* to that point yet.

I see that they ahve downgraded it from all vehicles to all vehicles except 4x4 or all wheel drive with traction or mud and snow tires.
