Brew-haha pub crawl and fun
I am leading a pub crawl by bicycle/coloring contest tonight 7:30pm starts in NE at Concordia ale house. It was originally going to be a brewery ride but never fear there will be good beer!

From an OR DUI Lawyer site:

Some Oregon-specific facts about DUII:
"Driving" covers a multitude of activities, including riding a bicycle, operating a riding lawnmower, riding a horse, and so on.

One does not need to be actually driving to be cited, as long as police have probable cause to put you behind the wheel of a vehicle.

People have been cited for DUII who were sleeping in the back of a vehicle at a rest stop. People have also been cited for DUII while walking away from a parked vehicle, with the keys in their pocket.

Ha I guess your right, oh well I like the sound of BUI better so I'll stick with that, and I am sure people will pace themselves anyways they might be too busy coloring to drink a drop!

Wow, we really need to lighten up. I guess the adult part of me can kind of understand the necessity for such a rule... bah. When I was in Tokyo a few years ago, I rode a bicycle down the street *while* drinking a beer and nobody even looked. Now that's classy.

You know, I tired to ride my bike once when I was drunk. I didn't actually get on the damn thing... I woke up the next morning with a cut, several bruises and thought to myself, "Never again".
