does anyone have an extra ticket to the upcoming (march) rufus wainwright show in portland and is looking for a buyer or a concert buddy? let me know. i hesitated (trying to avoid ticketmaster fees and going through the venue instead) and they've already sold out.

I couldn't get good enough seats through Ticketmaster so I bit the bullet and bought super expensive ones on eBay. But I just love Rufus so much!!! Good luck on your hunt... try craigslist people post stuff there a lot (or eBay if you're willing to shell out quite a bit for it). He's so popular here he sells out really quickly.

thanks. i'm optimistic.
the venue also said they had a ton of holds so by mid-feb they may be able to release some seats (VIP, promo/labels) so i'll cross my fingers for that.

almost all of the tickets i'm watching (ebay, stubhub) are for pairs, so if i find a reasonably priced set, let me know if you want one of them! rufus people are good people.
