Aaaaa crapdarnit >:( There were acsolutely NO pictures of Midna from behind, NO backside pictures in the internetz I tell you. I found absolutely none, and two days ago my boyfriend got himself the Brawl, and they had a Midnatrophy in it wich you can turn around and see the backside, wich is suberb, but alas, my helmet is all wrong from the back!! X/ Argh. Well, at least I'll get the patterns right, so I'll focus in that.

morning news:
2nd day of period, still hurting.
mom called,she wants me to go to her work place,take pictures of their grand opening, and kept saying that i could go work there next time.Im quite annoyed by this but im smiling like an idiot while talking. WHY would i wanna work in a business firm,when im an illustration major?
Other than that her car got stolen,and now i have to go take my driving test again (so my grandmother will give me a car and the car automatically goes to my mom)
no matter what, its a lose lose situation for me.
driving test money = non existent.
i hate how everyone's "hey when are you gonna drive actually?"
i dunno,WHEN someone actually lends me their car for me to practise?? or even offer to teach me? (but that's a bad idea coz most ppl go "NOO WTF ARE YOU DOOOING STEER AWAY NO THAT WAY ARGH GET OFF LET ME DO IT!!!!11!!"
Usually its all talk and no help.
the instructor is always missing in action,not returning msgs,calls etc (luckily,i havent paid him yet though,hah)
college is never free,
money is never enough,
and people just dont realize that i dont bloody wanna drive. pollution,oil price, and the utter boredom,of just sitting in the car while you miss out on everything. That's why i dont put on my headphones on except in malls,where there's nothing much to hear but bad music.
or, maybe i just dont wanna grow up.

Not to get all wrapped up in personal apperances but....
I'm tired of people assuming that just because I have a mohawk that I'm punk or goth. first off, I dont really consider myself to be anything. Trends and Labels based upon a hair-do fuckin pisses me off.
I want to make it loud and clear that I have a mohawk simply because it's convenient / artsy & fun to play around with.
No.1 I am african-american and My hair happens to be: very coarse, very thick and tangles like a motherfucker. I decided to shave off most of my hair off so it would make it easier on me in terms of hair care. Not so I could look like a trendy bastard! Trust me, if you had my head of hair you would do egggxactly the same thing.
No.2 What I am is an artsy fartsy bastard, and though I dont have the credentials.....(yet!) I do consider myself to be a designer and an artist in a lot of forms . Having crazy hair is just a part of me being who I am. I like to experiment with textures/colors length and everything just because i fuckin feel like it.
I had a loonng conversation with ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) solitudeofmind last nite. Who happens to be my psychiatrist haha jk... a good online friend.
He made me realize that I am the beginning stages of being arrogant and really selfish. But simply because I have to be. Over the years I think being arrogant and being selfish is something I have to become ,
In his opinion I have to be arrogant in order to survive ,honestly and seriously. Being that I am a different person, If I dont have an utmost respect for myself. Noone else is going to, and If I let ppl bring me down much lower (like they have) I am just not going to make it. I have to learn to be really proud of who I am.
I already have put myself on the defensive when I come across people who criticize me or my look. and its because I am black being different . and hell there is a lot I could add to the list but that hits the nail right there.
I am selfish because I dont have any friends and I only care about myself. I am too nice & too niave to really have close friends anway. He also made me realize that I don't and will not belong to any groups or have friends (at least not for verry loong ), because in reality it's far too difficult for me to find a place where I will fit in because within minutes I'll be ripped savagely apart for speaking my mind,showing my art, showing my sense of fashion or just being me and that also can come in the form of jealousy. Therefore, I do not put much effort into groups, making partnerships, friends /gaining respect. Especially when it comes to the black community. I do not put effort into gaining respect from others because there's nothing I can do to change their mind anyway!
I have lost the will to do a lot of things just because people have put me down about it . and yes, it could also be out of jealousy but bottom line is there are a lot of things that used to make me happy ,and its all because some assholes put me down/ or made fun of me that I stopped.

I do not partake in any of those things as much as I used to- or just not at all anymore.Why? Simply because of something some peeps said or beat me up about. Yes, shit happens and its stupid to let something someone says bother you, but it does hurt , and I've lost the will to do those things. and i'm sure someone will say " well if you love those things you wouldnt let someone stop you from doing them" but its not that easy. When you mentally get beaten to a pulp about something sometimes you just say its not worth it and give up too easily.So maybe I do need someone to boost and feed my confidence or maybe I do need someone to say o that looks nice once in awhile because it keeps my engine going.
and i'll continue this little ramble elsewhere because my fingers are getting tired of typing.

Cole and Lucky, the kitties next door. Very sweet little darlings that loved the jingling panda charm hanging from my phone. One of them kept sneaking under my dress when I was sitting down on the floor.
About half a week ago my Blackberry started acting up. My call log would clear and all un-saved texts would delete. If I didn't check quick enough when receiving a text, it would wind up disappearing before I got the chance to read it. Since my call log would clear, I was unaware when people called unless they left a voice message. After talking to my brother, I found out that I have a memory leak. Apparently it's something all Blackberry users have to put up with at some point. I popped the battery out earlier for about five minutes, and so far things seem all right. Hopefully. :\ If any of you have texted me over the past few days and never got a reply, that's why.
Other than that, I'm still not feeling well. Then again, when do I ever these days? I should just pick-up my private journaling again, since I always seem to feel like no one wants to hear what I have to say or they're never around. That and I know I have a lot of bullshit things to say and I'd rather not put them out in the open for everyone to laugh and roll their eyes at.
But I will say this though: Saying goodbye to my nephews on Thursday morning was heartwrenching. I gave them both a hug and a kiss, and somehow I managed not to burst into tears. I'm going to see them again, I know that. But still, it just felt like a huge part of my heart died. They give me a headache, but I love them immensely. Everytime I look at their pictures or think of that morning, I feel like crying. Mostly I feel like I'm letting them down. Their uncles moved away and I was the last one there for them. Then I had to move. It just makes me feel bad, I guess.
Any way, I'm going to stop there before I keep running on and on. Really, no one needs to read my emotional bullshit. So...later.

I spent the entire day standing xD I suppose it was worth it, but im really sleepy and I hardly did anything! I worked on the blades for my Misa costume ALL day. Well most the day. haha, from like 11 till 6:30 I was working on them with my Grandpa, and we finished them! except for painting which I will do tomorrow, after that I just have to put them back together and attach the wire and chains and such. =D They turned out better than I thought they would, im extremely pleased.
BTW, If you havent noticed already I changed the layout of my journal xD
Also...im so sad that IV is leaving Kisnate ;_; I love that boy so much. haha, well I hope to see Kisnate and continue and with IV the best of luck with what he is going to do :D.

Okay this is irritating. Amelie on DVD comes with subtitles in English and Spanish, no French. I can't find any French version of the script either. I downloaded some French subtitles but it seems they don't want to work in time with the movie. If someone could point me to a script, that would be awesome... I think I'll eventually have to end up buying the region 2 DVD of it when I have money x_x (what the fuck is with this region bullshit? and why can't a French movie have French subtitles????? argh D:< )

My mom gave me $50 to spend and with it I bought many knee socks (because I love socks O_O) and a cute bow ring, also some Aerie underwears and a bra, my mom bought me a bra as well. We went out a second time to get some art supplies but AC Moore had very little and we ended up in Marshall's, where I helped my mom buy 3 really cute sweaters and 2 blouses and she bought me an awesome high-waisted denim skirt <3 <3 <3 I haven't been shopping in so long and it makes me happyyyyyyy. We ended up at the mall until closing and so we didn't get to check Michael's for art stuff. It's okay though because the Michael's is brand new and we found out it wasn't even open yet (grand opening tomorrow!). Maybe we will be able to go tomorrow :D
