| About: | This community is a closed, safe place for adult(18+) Daddies/Mommies and adult (18+) littles to safely be who they are without worry of predators, lurkers, trolls or other abusive persons. As a Daddy/Mommy or a little, we want you to come here and have a safe place to be who you are. We want the littles to have a playground, or a sandbox, and we want to give the Daddies/Mommies a place to talk about their experiences, questions and/or issues without worrying about the negativity that ageplay sometimes brings. This community is centered around the discussion of ageplay, which is a consensual activity for adults. (See here on Wikipedia for more information.) This community is also centered around the concept of a D/s relationship framed as Daddy/Mommy and little - which can trace some of it's roots in the homosexual Daddy culture. What we're not is a general BDSM, pedo or general kink community, nor are we a 'picture' community. The guidelines of this community are simple: - Adults 18+ only. Your FULL birthday (month/day/year) must be available on your LJ info. - No flaming, name-calling, "Your kink isn't OK" or other damaging type of behavior. - No personals ads - if you're looking for a Daddy or a little, get to know the members, but don't post a personal ad - This is a difficult requirement to explain, but we want to keep any content of an erotic or sexual nature out of this community. The purpose of this community is for the safety of littles (and Bigs) and with LJ's history of TOS enforcement, we don't want anyone to get confused. There are other places for that type of ageplay; we want this place to not be one of those. This community can and will moderate the membership and (initially) the postings to this community for several reasons. One, to ensure a safe, adult environment where littles can be littles without fear of reprisal or predators. Two, to ensure that we stay within LJ's (sometimes confusing) TOS. We don't want to bring down the big Hammer of Moderation, but we also want the participants to feel safe and secure. We can and will review membership requests. If you don't have your age listed, if your profile/bio is empty, if you have an empty journal, or if we just don't feel safe adding you, we reserve the right to say no.
