| 1. Your icon must be submitted in a comment to the entry that is holding the challenge. All entries will be screened. 2. Each challenge has its own rules. Always make sure to read through the guidelines and visit the Frequently Asked Questions post. 3. All the usual effects are allowed, except for animation. 4. The submitted icons must fulfill all the standard Livejournal size & format requirements. 5. Your submissions must remain anonymous. You may not display your icons until the winners are announced. 6. Please, keep your icons clean. It's a kid safe site. |
