We've decided to have an LJ meet this weekend. Some of you have been expecting it, some of you already knew, but still, you have my apologies for the lateness of this post.
A lot of members have been requesting that we share an offline database of the pics from all the LJ-Meets of the past. They're available online of course (read: http://cyberabad.guywise.info) but if you bring your Wireless capable Laptops, Bluetooth enabled phones or USB Pendrives over to the meet, we'll load them up with stuff you can laugh at for ages! :o) (All copyright © cyberabad of course)
Aside from this, I'll give those interested, a quick technical refresher on the things that LJ lets you do and how to do it. The idea is to make you guys more comfortable using various features in your posts that would probably help spice up you journal entries as well as mod the look and feel to your hearts content. From the oft referenced <LJ-cuts> to how the polling system works to the famous LJ Style Systems V1 and V2. We would also like to hear what you like and don't like about LJ and we'll probably come up with some solutions that the guys at lj_india might find interesting. :)

Hi cyberabad!
You've probably been wondering how the scene has been stagnating of late, and psychog and rajini_priya just called me up to kick some energy into this silence.
Here's a (now rare) opportunity for you all to pull up your socks and recharge the atmosphere with your presence in the community. An LJ-Meet has been scheduled I say! :o)
rajini_priya is in town and an LJ-cyberabad-Meet in her honour will be hosted.

I'm sorry, but brainz seems to have dumped my data and pages from his server. I finally got around to purchasing some space and well, forgive the missing archives.
Some of you might remember that this is a mighty old version of the original cyberabad picture page. If any of you have a more recent version of the page, please do forward it to me, I can't seem to locate the latest version on my hard drive. :( (talk about version control!)

Complaints.. :o) Image size is waaaaay too big. :) Shall resize and upload the big pics again. Meanwhile, I'll probably put up a poll here in cyberabad checking to see what the most requested image size is, so I'll stick to that in future. For now, you have my apologies, Can't work on anything till the weekend arrives, or post the 25th of July, '07.

Hey cyberabad!!
Instant meet? Hah! psychog and I were having a discussion when last night he'd called. We're the oldest cyberabad'dies. Okai, maybe not THE OLDEST, but we've definitely been here since the place was created, give or take a few days.
Geting back to el' pointo, he _alleged_ that I had failed to call for a meet in ages. :o) Well, you guys probably know me well enough to guess what I did next. Hehe! I accused him of the same crime and we laughed our brains right out of our ear-holes.
This weekend is destined to go down in history as the first meet in awfully loooong ages!!
You're probably sick of reading all the gobbledygook up there, but I had to get to the crux of this post sooner or later, and you knew it, did'nt you? :o) Read on: (Note: fine-print below!)

First off, my apologies for such a late post, psychog was supposed to make this post a couple of days ago, but he's had trouble accessing the net. (power problems! Please curse APSEB)
This weekend is probably gonna be an ad-hoc meet, but we have some veterans coming in for the kill.
