Please join a friend the community first! Membership is moderated as of September 22, 2005. This is just so I know when you joined and I can remind you to post your application, if you don't do so within 48 hours.
You must be at least 14 years old to apply, unless a MOD invites you.
You will be judged 50% personality, and 50% looks.
You must apply within 48 hours of joining or else you will be banned. It shouldn't take that much time anyhow.
You cannot vote, comment, or post anything other than you application until you are accepted.
You may only comment on your application if someone asks you a question or tells you to sway them.
All applications must be under an lj-cut.
To show that you read the rules put "Am I a Dreamer?" as the subject and use the word "rainbow" somewhere in your lj-cut.
Do not delete the html in the application. It is there for a reason!
Don't use richtext mode, your application will be messed up. You have been warned.
No nudity in your picture, we have members under 18 years old. We like to protect the innocent. Thanks.
Don't half ass the application! Give us more than one sentence on your opinions.
Be polite. Don't be a bitch, or give us any bullshit.
Respect the MODs and other members. Failure to do so will result in you being banned. The first time I see you snap at one of my people, you will be gone.

You will recieve 2 points for the following:
Making us a banner (promo, accept, reject)
Voting on the applications/contests
You will recieve 5 points for the following:
Completeing the scavenger hunt. That means all pictures.
Each salute you make. There will be a new salute each month.
You will recieve 10 points for the following:
Participating in a contest/superlative.
Doing the text themes.
You will recieve 15 points for the following:
Doing the picture themes.
You will recieve 20 points for the following:
For each monthly theme. Monthly themes are mandatory
You will recieve 50 points for the following:
Winning the monthly contest.
Winning the weekly superlative.
Becoming our Member Of The Month.
Ways to Spend Points
100 points will get you one auto accept or auto reject. MODs choice.
250 points will get you a set of bases or a Friends Only banner made by ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
emo_fairy_tales. You may pick the theme of the bases.
300 points will get you a free week of promotion. You may promote your communities all week. Each community may only be posted once.
750 points will get you a chance to make us a new application. It will go in as the application for one week, and after all members will vote on wether or not to keep it or go back to the old one.
1,000 points will give you the chance to be a MOD for a week.
At the end of the month we will check to see the people with the 3 highest point settings. Members will then vote on those three as who should be our Member of the Month. Our Member of the Month will be awarded one auto accept, once auto reject, a set of bases or a Friends Only banner. She will also get a banner that says she was Member of the Month, for her to post in her journal. She will not have to spend her points on these.
The following members have been awarded either an auto accept, an auto reject, or both.
The theme for Septembr 30-October 8th is favorite animal. Post at least 5 pictures of your favorite animal and tell us why you like them. Easy enough, right? Well here's the catch; We want to know the following about your animal: Is it endangered?; What is the scientific name for it's species?; And 8 other interesting facts about your animal. Those 8 can be anything.
Salutes are something nice for everyone. Once we get some, I'll make a page so everyone can look at everyone elses. Salutes = "yourusername" ♥ cutieswitadream - - something along those lines. Your username must be in it somewheres && so must cutieswitadream.
There will be ten things you need to find. If you find them and take a picture at your house, those items will be 5 points. The items from the internet will only be worth 2, seeing as they'e much easier to find. You will have until the end of August to find the items around your house or on the computer. However, not everyone should have the same things from the internet. Two people, okay. But we have around 60 people in the community and 60 of the same picture gets old. All of these things are possible to find around your house or supermarkets. I know because I have found them before. Also, please specify which pictures are from your camera.
