AboutThat guy actually thanked you for the completely insignificant task you just performed! That lady understood you when you said, "One per customer per visit" and didn't whine about it! Oh, My God! That kid put that thing back where he found it! These customers absolutely rock!

customers_suck, play nice. Being as this is a community about people that made us feel good, this shouldn't be too much of a problem.
2. Please only customers that rocked. It can be your customers. It can be your boyfriend's customer that you observed while you were waiting for him to go on lunch. If it was a customer, and the person obviously changed the employee's mood for the better, and you saw it, I'm okay with that for now. Let's try to refrain from telling stories related from other people that you didn't actually witness, please. And they don't have to be totally awesome from the beginning! Tell us all about that sucky-customer-gone-good, too!
