We try hard to keep this community staffed with decent quality graphics makers or better. With that said, there will be no warnings given for people who fill banner requests who are not banner makers. You will be banned from this community from even posting requests. If you want to fill requests apply to be a banner maker and if you can only do it part time, say so. We'll accept part time makers. The link to the post to apply is above.

Everyone requesting banners have the right to wait until their request is filled by an official banner maker. You do not have to accept a banner filled by a non-maker. If one of your banner requests is filled by a non-banner, please comment on this post with a link to the post so that it can be taken care of. This link can also be used to ask any questions or address any other community problems.

All community rules are outlined in our user info. The below is an amendment as of 6/25/2006. This community is only for requesting banners in communities that do NOT have a banner maker. Period.

For those people who need a banner remade due to poor quality, please check out our sister community redo banners. For all other banner requests, check out custom banner overflow (which takes requests of all kinds and anyone can fill requests at).

Please note that when banners go unclaimed for 4-5 days after being posted/filled to a request, the post gets deleted whether someone has commented or not. If this doesn't happen, then the community gets clogged with old posts. From now on, if you for some reason were unable to pick up a banner and your post was deleted, you can now find them over at missing banners. These posts will never be deleted and will contain the following: the name of the person who requested the banner(s), the name of the person who filled them and the banner(s) themselves. You do not have to join this community to pick up old banners from it.
