AboutCustomers Suck Hardcore: This community is designed to be a place safe from censorship for service industry workers of all forms to come and rant about customers who have been sucky. From just annoying to downright abusive, we accept all forms of ranting about those who suck.

And the major, over-encompassing rule: Be an adult. We're all adults, or close to adults, here. We know what behavior is OK and what isn't. Use common sense and good judgment, and we'll all be alright. And if there's a disagreement on if the adult line has been crossed, ask a moderator. Locking your posts is encouraged here. If a post is public and trolled on a wank or drama community by someone who isn't a member here, we're powerless to help. If the post is locked, and we can track the member who cross-posted it, we can ban the offender. Unlocked posts are just fodder for the dramallamas and wanksharks.
Oh and spread the word that we are here as long as you follow the rules of your forums and communities. We really don't want to get a bunch of emails or posts detailing that, "So-and-So posted a link here, it's against our rules, and we think you suck so nyah-nyah!"

That being said, here are a few...
Rules
- All posts must be about sucky customers. There are other rant communities to speak about sucky coworkers, sucky family, or sucky friends. This is specifically a community to rant about sucky customers. Do that, and do that freely and without worry that you'll be censored on your opinions.
- No forms of widely recognized hate speech, such as racism or sexism, are allowed. Descriptions are OK, dialogue is OK, but insults and racist slurs are not. Use as much detail is required to tell the story, but be sure the level of detail used is, in fact, required and not just posted to make fun of the sucky customer. (example: Explaining a miscommunication due to language differences causing a suck is OK, posting just to make fun of speech patterns is not.)
- No personal attacks. If you disagree with a poster, attack their argument, not the poster themselves. Don't make broad, bigoted statements about groups of people unless you'd like the wanksharks to smell blood.
- Don't post personal details, medical information, or identifying information - especially those in the field of teaching, childcare, and medicine. It's against US law. Instant ban.
- No cross-posting links or posts from this community (partial or complete) is allowed when the intent of the cross-posting is to stir up shit or drama. Be an adult and keep your disagreements here.
- No trolling personal websites or journals, or digging up information to hurt the owners in any way. Instant ban.
- Do not delete entries or comments without prior approval of a moderator. If editing a post, don't delete the offending part, just add a new section to the post starting with "Edit:" or "P.S." or some other indication that the post has been edited.
- The moderators will not step in except in extreme cases, or cases in which these rules are broken. In all other cases, if something is offensive, just stop responding, let the thread die, and respond to or read another entry. On the other hand, if wank is posted, wanksharks will come - post with that in mind.
