hi everyone! i'm a long-time lurker/commenter, but this is my first post! i've been baking for a long time, but i always forget to take pictures of my baking endeavors.

so i'm working graveyard shift tonight and woke up too early. i had a few hours to kill so i decided to bake. the recipe is from my mom's Kraft Kitchens magazine. They're lemon pudding cupcakes and they're really tasty!



they're topped off with homemade cream cheese frosting and either pink or blue sugar crystals, or a sugared lemon slice.
