1) My first week, and first class ever in law school (Intro to Law) is over. I haz survived! Am slightly behind on readings though, which is NOT a good thing five days into the school term. *__*
Also on the uni front: Our D section won the Spirit Trophy for the best team spirit! Woot woot! My most heartfelt congratulations to all those girls and boys who went out Tuesday and Thursday to get drunk while I opted out. Shiny trophy is ours, thanks to their hard work (and ability to show up in class the next morning)!
2) Meanwhile, though, it would seem that the football front has gone slightly haywire.
WHAT THE FUCK WE'RE LOANING ODDOLISH TO BAYERN?!!! ODDOLISH?! HE OF OUR AWESOME CROSSES (MINUS INJURY)??? AND BAYERN....WHAAAAT??? *whines* I WANTED to see Zambi and Massi make some WC-2006-era defense magic!!!! *stomps on something*
....right, CL draws. Chelski is obviously through to the next round. It took a while to remember why Meelan's name wasn't anywhere to be seen...eeeeh. Must eye the UEFA Cup---anything else is just too depressing to contemplate. Oh woe.
3) I have the biggest bugbite ever on my left hip. Seriously guys, IT'S BIGGER THAN THE ENTIRE FIRST JOINT OF MY THUMB :O. And am also suffering from fall allergies---whatever those are. *sneezes and reaches for Kleenex*
4) The possibly biggest achievement of my LJ life. Please go check it out? (Plus you know you wanna see me...erm...camwhoring it out?)
5) I need more music for commuting, babes. Send me, link me or just tell me your favorite songs by:
- Maroon 5 (have suddendly started crushing on them out of nowhere)

Dear kool Italian kids and Juve,
This is going to be interesting watching you play in the Champions League. This is a tough competition. It's edgy. Dangerous even. If you want to win, your have to do it the Milan way.
No matter what your tifosi say, in order to achive your full potential in these games, you must neglect the domestic league entirely [we cannot stress this enough]. There are no more doubles or trebles in Italian football, my friends. Grow your hair out as long as possible [the longer the better]. Lose all feeling in your heads, by banging your foreheads against the stadium walls [do this before every game]. Show your true devotion to the gods of Europe and build a shrine in the shape of the coppa out of worn cleats and your own flesh. You must eat, sleep and train with the glorious CL theme blaring in your earphones! You must live the CL, breathe the CL and when you go to bed at night you must see Michele Platini in your dreams making overly polite conversation with your captain and trying to smell his hair!
Failure to exercise one or more of these crucial guidelines will result in utter failure. We are speaking from a place of vast experience aka 7 [count em] friggin trophies. If you have any questions please direct your text messages to the Milan management. Note that every reply will cost you 3 points in Serie A. A small price to pay compared to the triumphant glory that awaits you in Rome.

So, I made a little community and friends cut, just to remove dead communities and people I hardly ever talk to from my friends list. If I removed you, I just wanted to let you know that it's nothing personal and I'm not angry with you in any way. I just don't feel that I ever got to know you that much.

| Oddo: I'll be back | Thursday 28 August, 2008 |
| Azzurri right-back Massimo Oddo has vowed to return to Milan as a better player once his loan spell at Bayern Munich ends.
Oddo was a product of the Rossoneri youth system but he was sent on loan six times between 1995 and 2000 before joining Verona and then Lazio.
Having returned to San Siro in 2007, the 32-year-old became a regular in the Milan defence but spent much of last season sidelined with a knee injury, causing the Diavolo to strengthen their back line this summer.
The Azzurri stopper will now spend the coming campaign in the Bundesliga with Bayern but hopes to command a starting shirt at Milan in the future.
“I am temporarily leaving the club that I always dreamed of playing for since I was a child and the team that has given me the chance to win the most important trophies,” Oddo told Milan's website.
“It was a difficult choice but I thought about it and there was total agreement between the club and myself and I want to thank the directors for that.
“I will go and tackle this new and fascinating challenge and hope to improve for it. "I wish my teammates a million successes until I get back.
“I want to thank and salute all the fans who have been close to me and supported me in the difficult moments and to offer them an affectionate arrivederci.”

I'll be taking my long-awaited vacation tomorrow, i'll be going off to Bangkok with my sister and my friends. Finally, I can't wait to just relax and not have to worry about anything! *happy sigh*

haha yeah :P I'm Ryo-holic but I suppose you already know that :P
I had a dream about Ryo. Not long, though. He was riding a horse ( almost like a knight LOL) and I was taking a bath in jacuzzi. But the craziest thing was that he was riding in a house (it was rather a residence) and the jacuzzi was also in the house. I was looking at him and couldn't stop laughing because the horse was bigger than him LOL. I have no idea why we weren't outside or why I have such weird dreams.

Well, if it's true, I'm relieved that she's an ordinary girl, not a gravury idol. I'm happy for him. I'm dying to know more about her - age, pic etc. I'm not crying or something. He can have thousands of girlfriends and nothing is gonna stop me from drooling over him. I wonder why I'm not surprised that she fell for him :P

Kranjcar Sidelined For Three Months Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp has oft stated his intentions of bolstering his squad ahead of a campaign where they will be competing on four fronts. The news that Croatian midfielder Niko Kranjcar will be sidelined for for a further three months following surgery may force his hand in the market... After rupturing his ankle ligament on Wednesday, Niko Kranjcar will be out of action for up to three extra months following surgery. The injury was sustained while on international duty with Croatia last week.
Portsmouth's official website stated: "Niko Kranjcar had surgery on Wednesday morning to repair a ruptured ankle ligament. Pompey's midfielder faces an estimated eight-to-12 weeks on the sidelines before being able to play first-team football again."
Kranjcar will miss key Premier League ties, as well as Carling Cup clashes and the beginning of the Uefa Cup. His injury also serves as bad news for Croatians, as he is certain to miss crucial World Cup qualifying matches - with an England showdown looming.
Slaven Bilic, who is also without Premier League star Eduardo, told journalists at a press conference in Zagreb: "I have talked to Niko. He will walk on crutches for six weeks. It is expected he will start full training within the next two to three months."
"It was a big shock for all of us," he continued: "There is no need to say how Kranjcar is important, how much he means for Croatia's squad. His absence is a big handicap for us but we are still going for a victory in both matches," he concluded.

It's been a while since goal.com sent me really wibbly - I'm pretty proud of how well I've been managing to ignore it. There are five days to go, I was beginning to think I could do it. Until today.
