Discovered in 2002 by ex.MALICE MIZER guitarist, Mana, Juka joined the solo project, Moi dix Mois. Interestly, the reponse to Juka's vocals were said to be a fusion of both ex.MALICE MIZER vocalists, Gackt & Klaha. With Moi dix Mois, 2 albums, 3 singles and 2 live dvds were produced. As well as a variety of press, numberous concerts, including Germany & France. However due to opposing differences, Juka left the band April 24th 2005.
October 2006, well known VK guitarist, Hizaki (Versailles, ex. SULFURIC ACID, Schwardix Marvally) announced that Juka would be joining his solo project, HIZAKI -grace project-. With HIZAKI -grace project- followed the success of the album, Dignity of crest, as well as a live concert dvd of their first oneman. Continuing with the project's success, a 2nd album Ruined Kingdom was released late September 2007.
February 2007, Juka annouced the start of his solo career while periodically continuing activities with HIZAKI -grace project-. Together working with Hizaki and Kamijo (Versailles, ex.Lareine, New Sodomy), Juka has released the singles Aravesque, Suimenka, Saint Croix and mini-album Luxurious. Songs for Saint Croix were however written by Juka. As a solo artist, Juka has expressed wanting to work with different musical styles while also focusing on operatic vocals.
Juka also particpated in the unit Node of Scherzo. The unit featured Juka, Kaya(ex.Schwarz Stein) and Kamijo with support from the band Versailles. This is a theaterical unit with performances revolving around a love storyline involving Kaya. They released a single of the song the 3 perform, simply titled, Node of Scherzo.
November 2007, Juka announced that he would be starting a new band titled, Seventh Sense. Seventh Sense was said to debut at SAS holiday events, however abruptly in December Juka announced that he would be pausing activities, including that of Seventh Sense. Instead the name will be used to title his upcoming best album, Seventh Sense due Febuary 6th 2008.
