Hi,
I'm looking for DVD-image of original Cubase SX3 DVD or for installation files of SX3 (I mean "not cracked installation").
I have my own license of Cubase4 and I am allowed by Steinberg to use ANY of SX version under the licence ( but Steinberg doesn't give me a chance to download SX1-2-3 from www.steinberg.net).
What for: I got some problems with C4, and I just would like to test some features in SX3 before sending a letter to steinberg support.
If one could upload these files/DVD image, it would be very helpful for me.

Ищу оригинальные установочные файлы или DVD-имидж файл от Cubase SX3 (не взломанные). У меня лицензия на Cubase4, и она позволяет пользоваться любой SX-версией с тем же USB-ключом (так что ничего нелегального я не спрашиваю).
Зачем понадобилось: есть некоторые мелкие проблемы с 4-й версией, и мне хотелось бы иметь возможность протестировать их с SX3 прежде, чем писать жалобы в Steinberg Support.

Товарищи, не найдётся ли НОТ (music sheets) "Cuban Pete"?
Та, самая забойная румба-сальса из фильма "маска" (чик-чикибум), исполняет Jim Carrey.
Делаю минусовку - хотелось бы точно сыграть дудки.
Снимать - сомнительно.
Или нормальный миди-файл, может быть есть?
В тех, что я нашёл - партия дудок во вступлении - прописана одноголосно, и слушается это убого немного...(

кто знает, что это может быть. Речь идет о CUBASE SX3. Работаю в проекте. Старт-стоп-редакция, так много раз. Стоп - пробелом. Очередной раз нажимаю пробел - и из окна аранжировки исчезают треки. Каждый раз разное количество. Причём анимированно) красиво так исчезают). Т.е. как бы ничего страшного - существует ctrl+Z. Но так задолбало. А главное, - всегда неожиданно.
Какие мысли?

| AGC/Limiter? |

I have an Echo Gina 24/96 being used as an input device to a software vocoder. Unfortunately, the volume levels coming in are terribly unpredictable. My microphone is going into an Event EZBus mixer which then feeds the Gina. It's very hard to keep my voice consistent so that I don't underdrive or overdrive the vocoder.
The vocoder, of course, has no AGC or limiting.
Is there anything, standalone preferably, that I can run that will act as a software AGC/Limiter? ASIO, of course, to keep the latency low, and that can feed into the software vocoder?
I'd prefer not to fire up Cubase during this phase, if possible, as it's going to latch on to all input/output ports on the Gina, and then the vocoder has no input devices available...

I am REALLY new to cubase. I have been able to record audio tracks But I am having a tough time figuring out how to make my midi keyboard play sounds using the virtual instruments.
Bass Station for instance. I can press the keys on the computer screen with the mouse and a sound comes out.
I press a key on my Midi keyboard and it doesnt control the bass station. no sound?
Am I not understanding something?
ANy suggestions?

Anyone have any recommendations on a good solution for MIDI on Vista?
Apparently both my Event EZBus and Midisport 8x8/s have no Vista drivers and are dead to me.
My Gina 24/96 is quite happy on Vista, but of course it has no MIDI ports.
Suggestions, anyone?

| Exporting Issue: Not Recording Two Tracks |

Hi Everybody.
When I export out to either wav or mp3, the program exports everything except for two tracks!
Nothing is muted.
I've never had this issue--even when I've had files with HUNDREDS of tracks--which this is not.
Oh, and also, when I play the file as an npr(Nuendo Project File), all the tracks play exactly like they're supposed to.
I don't know what to do or check out from here.
Any input or suggestions will be much appreciated.
