At my old retail job I had a customer looking at phones. He said--and I'm not kidding--"I don't want help from a girl. I want a competant guy who knows what he's talking about." Obviously because of my two X chromosomes, I know nothing about electronics. I LOVE being called stupid, don't you? *rolls eyes*

Well, I generally just give them the proper directions. After calling them stupid gits, of course.

The only time I EVER got away with calling a customer an idiot was one day when this lady paid cash then got bitchy when she saw one of those new buffulo nickels. She said--and I quote--"I wish you sales people would stop giving customers foreign currancy."

My response was to reach over, turn the offending coin over and reply "Yeah, don't you hate it when those Canadians put Thomas Jefferson on their money?"
